HG Sply Co., the award-winning neighborhood restaurant and bar from hospitality group UNCO, is expanding to Rockwall, Texas, with a new location set to open in Q4 2026. Known for its wholesome, thoughtfully crafted menu and signature rooftop dining experiences, HG Sply Co. will bring its celebrated concept to 2651 Sunset Ridge Dr, Rockwall, TX 75032.
The restaurant will be constructed on a parcel of land UNCO has owned since 2016. A rooftop patio was envisioned for the site from the beginning, but the team intentionally waited for the surrounding development to be completed to preserve unobstructed views of Lake Ray Hubbard. Now, with that vision about to become reality, HG Sply Co. is offering something rare in the hospitality world: the opportunity for guests and supporters to become owners—not only in the restaurant, but also in the real estate it occupies. The investment campaign is now live on StartEngine, with over $300,000 raised in less than 30 days.
Founded in 2013, HG Sply Co. has earned a strong reputation for health-driven, full-service dining featuring all-natural, unprocessed ingredients across lunch, dinner, and brunch. The brand currently operates three locations, which generated $19.8 million in revenue in 2023, and successfully raised $760,000 from 151 investors for its Alliance, TX location in 2024.
The Rockwall outpost will be the brand’s most ambitious yet, featuring a 6,800-square-foot first floor, a 6,300-square-foot rooftop, and seating capacity for 400+ guests. With panoramic views of Lake Ray Hubbard and the Dallas skyline, the restaurant is designed to be a community landmark. Construction is currently underway, with a target completion date of December 1, 2024, and a planned opening in late 2026.
HG Sply Co.’s Rockwall location will offer a modern American menu, emphasizing clean, natural ingredients and bold, fresh flavors. Guests can expect full ABC licensing, weekend brunch, and the vibrant energy that has made HG a staple in every neighborhood it enters.
